Nice, nearly constant wind from the East made for good sailing. Unfortunately heavy mist was present for most of the day. Cliff’s winch broke just before the start, keeping him on the beach for the afternoon. Dave sailed his newly acquired boat well- including a win in one of the races.

Today’s VM Regatta
The VM regatta was cut short before the minimum amount of races were completed because of a medical emergency. A poll was taken after the ambulance left to not continue the regatta. V36 cancelled due to a combination of high winds, rain, and lightning.
Herb Wins No Sinko Da Footy
Low 70°’s and around 8 knot winds ( with some crazy gusts) made for some good sailing as Herb easily outdistanced the field for the win. Jim Linville came with 3 boats but decided not to compete. Results follow:
