What a day for sailing! Fairly constant winds in the 7-10 range coming from the ENE- right across the pond. Probably the best conditions in a long while. On the water, eight boats launched (!) for 12 races with only Dave’s boat succumbing to a broken sheet under the deck during race four which Dave decided wasn’t a pondside repair and Jerry’s, whose receiver battery died during race 11 but luckily was able to return to the dock before the rudder became ineffective.
