This regatta should be called ” The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly”. The Good: NO RAIN!!!. The Bad: Weeds were being picked up fairly regularly. and the Ugly: Breeze started off light, increased a little through the day but were fickle and swirly throughout. Auto-tacks were common and it seemed that just after everyone tacked for a wind shift, it would shift back. Alain had problems with his boat from the get-go and finally retired after his rudder servo finally quit for good. All in all, after a shortened 8 race regatta, the results are below.
